What Motivates You.

Another day, another dollar. That motives people. Money or living. We work to provide for ourselves but then it comes to a point to where we are just working to survive. But why do we not want to move from survival mode to being content or happy? Motivation. We are not as motivated when we cannot see the rewards clearly or physically from the work we put in. Sometimes it takes months or years for results to show. Example, losing weight. Sometimes for people it takes a few months to see progress. Once people see that progress, they tend to become more motivated to continue. But when progress is slow or setbacks stop our progress, we become less motivated. But what motivates you to try? Or even consider changing?

Why do we even try in the first place? Because of other people, we are tired, or want better. But what keeps you motivated? What keeps you going when everything seems to being going against you. This is the question or ideal I would like to explore during the next few months. What keeps people going when the world is raining down on them. I want to provide my feedback and knowledge to this topic. I would like to start a video series and Podcast series on this topic.

Today there is so much going on in our daily lives or just socially speaking. Are people trying to do better for themselves and for society as a whole? And if so, what is the reason or reasons? When you turn on the news or t.v., there is so much lack of kindness going on that you wonder what is motivating those people to attack others. Why are people motivated to treat other people who may not fit into the mold that is deemed good or acceptable? Why are people motivated to attack others? Why can't that energy be used to motivated positive actions? These are the questions I would like to explore in this series.

Motivation. It is a simple word that embodies a lot of energy, will power, self-acceptance, and self-love which is not easy for a lot of people. However, together we can figure out how to become more positively motivated and learn to do not just what is best, but do what is better for us.
